  • Good luck on keeping this alive, I learned it exists from the tourney thread.

I leave you a link to the leaderboard (also in need of spotlight, despite being Zach-approved), that you may want to link somewhere, at minimum is a great walkthrough.

I added this message in the head section of our most visited pages: Strategy, Walkthrough, but not MainPage. I will remove this back to before after sale is over. I'm not sure if my uncommon way is allowed or tolerable at all by WIKIA agenda :-(    But I have no other means to forward to others, what I consider "a present to players and the comunity". • Cool, well spotted! That's definitely worth advertising. :) The way you selected is indeed a bit unconventional though, so I have reverted your edits. However, I have now activated the new kind of Wikia forums for this wiki as well and posted a highlighted thread about the sale, so that everyone who comes to the wiki when logged in will see a symbol about a new message by the bell icon at the top of the page. In addition, I have added a "latest forum posts" box to the main page, so there's now an announcement there as well. And to top it off, I set a community message that pops up in the lower right corner for all visitors!

    • Hey, that's great! - As I said, I had no other means. It's 100% OK that you reverted my 2 unconventional sale adds. - That's great what you added! Now everyone will see the -90percent sales offer!  Thanks a lot!

  • I added a hints message and a link
( refering to my hints on the Walkthrough-page )
to some of your planet assignment pages (see below).
I'd like to have something like that ;-)

If you have a better idea
how to link / refer to my new hints on the walkthrough-page,
    then let me know, please.

    please see:

    • Cool, I'd like to have the hints somehow linked from the assignment pages too. I've been thinking about the best way to do this, too.

I'm not sure if the long Walkthrough page is required anymore, now that all the assignments have their own page. The single Walkthrough page will eventually get really long once all the assignments have some hints. This will affect the usability of the page adversely.

A few options I've come up with:

      1. Add a sub-page for each assignment, such as Nothing Works/Hints and There's Something in the Fishcake/Hints. Automatically link to that page from the template shown on the actual page.
      2. Just put the hints on the actual page, but make them hidden by default so that you first need to click some "Show hints" button.
      3. Just put the hints on the actual page, not hidden.

Additionally, the current Walkthrough page could just be converted into an overview page that could, say, list all the Planet templates from the planet pages (Alkonost, Sikutar, etc...).

      I would be interested;-) — Betinowi (talk) 11:11, March 23, 2016 (UTC)

I'd be interested in that too, but unfortunately I don't think there's a way to tell... There's an admin console that only shows the view counts for the last seven days, and right now it averages to 203 views. It cannot tell between registered and unregistered users... Insights can show you per-page view counts for the last 4 weeks, I think that's the best that can be done at the moment.

    • Thanks, that's fine for now.
I will watch Special Insights popularpages_4W and popularpages_1W to figure it out. P.S.: My profile-page (User:Betinowi) gets too high page views because that's my usual log-in page.
